We believe that a strong foundation is the key to everything—whether it’s building fences, relationships, or a life of purpose. But before we could build a business based on faith, integrity, and craftsmanship, we had to go through our own season of rebuilding.

A Journey of Redemption

My name is Jarret Turner, and my story is one of restoration. For years, I lived aimlessly, struggling with addiction and homelessness. I hit rock bottom in 2007 and cried out to God, “If You are real, please help me.” That prayer led me to Adult & Teen Challenge Magnolia Campus, where I spent 17 months surrendering my life to God. It was there that I discovered my passion for carpentry and my life began to transform. I finally had a solid foundation, but life still had challenges ahead.

Losing Everything – and Finding Purpose
 

In 2017, I faced some of the hardest trials of my life. Within a single month, I went through a painful divorce, lost my career in the oilfield, and grieved the suicide of my best friend. The weight of it all nearly broke me, and for a time, I lost myself again.
 

But God never left me. Even in the darkest moments, He reminded me of the foundation I had built years before. Little by little, I began to rebuild my life—this time with an unshakable trust in Him.
 

The Birth of LRS Fencing & Gates
 

After my divorce, I moved to Toledo Bend to live with my mother. While there, I saw elderly residents and retirees being taken advantage of by dishonest contractors who would take their money and never return. That grieved my spirit, and I knew I had to do things differently.
 

I started taking on small jobs, working with integrity, and treating every client like family. I never made a business card, never ran an ad but word spread, and in a few short years, I built a thriving business based on trust and craftsmanship.
 

Now, LRS Fencing & Gates is a fully insured, family-owned business, and for the past three years, we’ve proudly served the Tomball area and beyond.
 

A True Family Business
 

Today, I don’t run this business alone. I’m blessed to have my amazing wife, Kellie, by my side not just as my life partner but as a key part of LRS Fencing & Gates. She plays an essential role in helping manage the business, supporting our team, and ensuring that we continue to serve our customers with excellence.
 

As I’m also proud to have my son working alongside us, learning the trade and carrying on the values that make this business what it is. LRS isn’t just a company—it’s a legacy, built with faith, hard work, and family.
